Shipping and Returns

Please note that all our products are made to order and the current lead time for the dispatch or collection is up to 3 - 5 working days. Due to our production process, it is not possible to cancel your order after you receive the confirmation that it was accepted. Please ensure that all the personalisation details are correct and you have everything that you need.  

Deliveries:

All deliveries are dispatched using An Post with two options available (depending on the product) :

 

  • Parcel with tracking number – we strongly recommend this option as this allows for traceability of this delivery

  • Standard envelope – we offer this option for some small, low value products to make our range more affordable but in this case we cannot take responsibility for the loss in transit due to lack of traceability. We strongly recommend to use this option only as a last resort.

 

Please ensure that delivery address is correct and complete including an Eircode as any errors may lead to delays or even loss of the parcel.

 

Collections:

 

We offer a free of charge option to collect your order in Newbridge, co.Kildare. Please note that collections are by appointment only.

 

Returns:

As the majority of products sold on our website are made and personalised to order, we can't accept the returns. It is in line with relevant EU regulation. For more details refer to below links:
