Product information:

Please note that all our products are made-to-order and hand-painted; we use natural materials such as wood whenever we can. It makes all items unique but also means that you may notice minor variations between what you see in the picture and the items you receive.

 

Wooden products for outdoor use are supplied already weather-proofed but we always recommend applying for good quality protection after the first year of use and repeating this process every season.

 

Shipping:
           

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order reference. Please quote this number if you need to get in touch regarding your order.

 

In case we have any problems with fulfilling your order we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

 

Please note that all our products are made to order and the current lead time for the dispatch or collection

is up to 5 - 7 working days depending on the current production. Due to our production process, it is not possible to cancel your order after you receive the confirmation that it was accepted. Please ensure that all the personalisation details are correct and you have everything that you need.  It is not possible to amend your order after it’s placed.

 

Deliveries:
 

All deliveries are dispatched using An Post with two options available (depending on the product) :

 

Parcel with tracking number – we strongly recommend this option as this allows for traceability of this delivery
 

Standard envelope – we offer this option for some small, low-value products to make our range more affordable but in this case, we cannot take responsibility for the loss in transit due to lack of traceability. We strongly recommend using this option only as a last resort.
 

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete including an Eircode as any errors may lead to delays or even the loss of the parcel. Creative Shed can’t take any responsibility or offer refunds for any misdelivery resulting from the incorrect delivery details provided.

 

Collections:
 

We offer a free-of-charge option to collect your order in Newbridge, co. Kildare, Ireland. Please note that collections are by appointment only.

 

Returns:
 

As the majority of products sold on our website are made and personalised to order, we can't accept returns. It is in line with relevant EU regulations. For more details refer to below links:

Pricing:
 

All prices quoted on this website include sales-related tax where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately during the checkout process. In case of orders shipped outside of the EU, all import taxes duties or other related charges are at the discretion of the buyer and Creative Shed cannot offer any assistance with this process.

 

Prices for our products sold through this website are subject to change without notice. Any discounts are available only as long as listed on the website and are not guaranteed on your next visit.

 

We also reserve the right to sell our products on this website at prices different to those used through our other sales channels.

 

Payment terms:
 

All orders are paid only by the use of one of the options available during the checkout process. At the moment we cannot accept card payments over the phone.

Intellectual property/trademark protection:

Creative Shed respects intellectual property and trademark protection laws. In the case of orders where any content is handed over by the customer, we assume that the customer holds all the necessary rights and permissions to use it for this purpose. Creative Shed shall not be held liable for breach of any intellectual property/trademark protection-related laws by use of the content handed over by the customer.

In the case of custom orders prepared for customers, Creative Shed holds the rights to any designs made in preparation for those orders. Use of those designs with any other company is permitted only by written consent from Creative Shed and in the majority of cases is subject to a separate charge. Such release is quoted separately.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for use of our products or services for any illegal activity or any other use that may be in breach of any rules, regulations, or customs or cause an offence or injury.
